Handout Management
The Planstone Handout Management System is an online service automating the collection, review, approval and publication of presentation handouts.
Presenters are invited to upload their handouts through an emailed link. Administrators track responses, send reminder emails, review and approve the
uploaded documents. Once presentations are released by staff, they are automatically published on the registrant's session list and are available for download.
Planstone offers a document conversion service to convert handouts into download-ready PDF documents, as well as publication on CD, DVD or flash drives.
